Hobbylink Japan is one of the largest online model resellers around, and is particularly well known for bringing hard-to-find Japanese kits to the international market. This week they posted a YouTube video of their web site manager, Brian Keaney, reviewing Fujimi’s new kit of the Type 10 main battle tank. In the run-up to the review Brian also does a brief history of GSDF tanks, from the M4A3E8 to Japan’s first postwar tank, the Type 61, then Type 74, Type 90, and finally Type 10. It’s pretty good.

I am probably going to tackle Tasca’s GSDF M4A3E8 at some point, but I’m also experiencing a bit of Sherman burnout.
