According to Sankei News, on Friday (June 17th), Maritime Self-Defense Force Leading Seaman Shigeki Otsuka (22) was arrested and is being charged for assault and public obscenity after being caught exposing himself to a woman in a library in Maizuru and possibly urinating.

At 3:35 p.m., in a City Library in Enmanji, Maizuru, Kyoto Prefecture, the suspect exposed himself and then is believed to have urinated on the shoulder of a 55-year old woman who was squatting down to select a book.

Sports Nippon adds that, according to the Maizuru District Inspector-General, the suspect is currently working on the maintenance  of the JS Myoukou (DDG-175), the Aegis destroyer that appeared in the movie Aegis.
