Looking through the link referrals today, I noticed that some posts here have been excerpted at FreePublic.com.

A reader named “Tainan” says:

“I’m not really a fan of that blog. Very amateurish. Reminds me of someone jumping into the deep end before they have mastered the ability to swim.”

Well, Um, “Tainan”…this is a learning blog. This is not where one comes for professional analysis. That’s made abundantly clear here. Do I know how to swim? No, I’m learning. Is it amateurish? Probably. I don’t know what your standard of professionalism is, because I have no idea who you are and what you’ve done that may be professional grade. Reading the entirety of your comment though I think you’re selling me a bit short–it seems like I’m only about five minutes behind you.

PS–What is it about Americans who live in Asia that they like to remain anonymous on the Internet?
